The way you used to stand
A carefully-chosen shoulder strap, an honest twenty minutes a day, and the four-week Method to make it stick.
Every posture corrector I looked at was built to be worn forever, because the device is the business model. I built the opposite. Four weeks, then a drawer. If that is not what happens, I refund you and you keep it. Nash · Founder
The four-week Method. A digital protocol plus one short email at the start of each week of the protocol. The workbook lands in your inbox as soon as your order is on its way, so you can start before the Corrector arrives.
Every posture corrector we found looked like it belonged in a hospital
The goal was never a product you wear forever. It was four weeks, and then your own shoulders.
Worn under a shirt, not over a life.
A one-millimetre profile in brushed cotton. Invisible beneath linen, cotton, or your favourite blouse. Nobody will know but you.
No armpit chafe. The category's quiet failure, solved.
We chose this strap specifically because it doesn't dig where every other posture corrector does. It is wide, brushed-cotton, and bevelled at the edge. You'll forget you're wearing it by nine.
A four-week Method, then put it in a drawer.
Twenty minutes a day, for four weeks. The Method is yours forever: printable workbook, one short email each week. By Sunday of week four, the Corrector retires. The way you stand stays.
A simple object, chosen carefully.
The Corrector comes in six sizes, S through 3XL. We chose it for the strap, the weight, the discretion under a shirt. The four-week Method, the workbook, the weekly email prompts: these are what we made to go with it.

Brushed-cotton strap
Wide, breathable, finished with a softened edge. Forgets the underarm exists. The one feature competitors quietly fail at.
One-millimetre profile
A two-layer construction that disappears beneath a cotton shirt. Wear it to brunch. Wear it to a wedding.
Sculpted lower-back panel
The Corrector encourages the upper back to open, then quietly steps out of the way. Never a brace. Always a reminder.
One seam, no hardware
No buckles, no plastic clips, no clinical edges. Adjusts with a single fabric pull. Lays flat on a folded shelf.
Four weeks. Then it lives in a drawer.
Each Corrector ships with a printed card. The full Method: a PDF guidebook, plus one short email at the start of each week walking you through that stage of the protocol. The guidebook arrives in your inbox as soon as your order is on its way, so you can begin before the Corrector reaches you. The Corrector is the metronome; the body learns the rest.
Notice.
Twenty minutes each morning, while the kettle heats. You will catch yourself catching yourself.
Soften.
The shoulders begin to release. We add four standing minutes, by an open window.
Strengthen.
Three small movements a day. The Corrector reminds. The body remembers more than you'd think.
Graduate.
By the end of week four, you'll wear the Corrector twice. Then once. Then it lives in its drawer.
The honest sheet.
Everything we'd tell a friend before they ordered. Everything we'd want to know before we did.

You will probably ask these.
Is this a medical device?
No, and we don't pretend it is. The Corrector is a posture-training tool: a wearable reminder, paired with our four-week Method. If your back is in active treatment, please ask your physiotherapist before beginning.
Can I wear it under a shirt?
Yes. That is the brief we designed against. The Corrector sits at one millimetre beneath a cotton or linen shirt and disappears under a knit. It is meant to be worn in places you would never wear a brace.
How long do I wear it each day?
Twenty minutes is the protocol. Longer is not better, and we would quietly suggest you don't. The point is not the wearing. It is the noticing.
Will it hurt under the arms?
That is the failure the brushed-cotton strap was chosen to solve. It is wide, soft and bevelled at the edge, so it does not dig where the usual nylon ones do. If it chafes in week one, contact us and we'll send a different size at no charge.
What is the 30-night guarantee?
Wear the Corrector for thirty mornings. If by the end you'd rather not have it, email us at info@getlindra.com and we'll refund you in full. You can keep the Corrector. Give it to a friend or donate it. We're a small new brand and we'd rather refund you than make you pay for return shipping. That's the trade we offer for being honest about being new.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are dispatched in 1–2 days and most reach Australian addresses within 7–10 days. There is no express option at the moment, and we would rather say so than quote you a speed we cannot hold to.
